Just wanna say I appreciate all the folks who know about gymnastics pointing out that the fact she landed at all, and isn’t paralyzed, maimed or dead, is a miracle, that her superior athleticism saved her, but

You don’t have to be the greatest gymnast who ever lived to say “I’m sorry, but I can’t do this right now.” 

You deserve to take care of yourself, that’s what self-care really is. It’s knowing your limits and saying so before you get hurt.
